Our Journey with Nature

Under da tree was born from the union of two brasilians souls living in Hawai'i in harmony with the forest and the sacred cycles of life.

He is a capoeira master, deeply connected to ancestry, movement, and spiritual wisdom.

She is a yoga practitioner and ritual guide, devoted to the healing power of herbs and the energy of the Moon.

Together, we live in a treehouse in the heart of Hawai‘i, where we cultivate our garden of herbs.

At the core of our life and work is our philosophy: Define Normal.

For us, “normal” means living in connection with nature, honoring the teachings of our ancestors, and returning to a simpler, more conscious way of being. It means choosing a life rooted in natural rhythms, real food, plant medicine, movement, ritual, and intentional creation.

From this sacred place, we craft oils, teas, energetic soaps, reef-safe sunscreens, holistic experiences — and our signature cacao mushroom coffee cream, made with functional mushrooms to nourish body and mind.
